Easy 7 Days Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy is simple and lasts 6 days from the date of package received. Return and exchange is only valid if the hang tang is still attached and quality of dupatta is well maintained.

Please inform us within 6 days of receiving the order about your wish to return or exchange the complete order or any item(s) in the order by sending a mail at info.mysticloom@gmail.com mentioning your:

1. Order ID
2. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
3. Reason for return or exchange

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving the email to process the return or exchange. 

• In case of return, your spending amount will be registered as the points that can be used for your next buy after receiving the returned product.
• In case of exchange, we will refund the difference to your bank account details shared after the completion of exchange
